Remuneration of Managing Directors and Administrative Board

The remuneration for the Managing Directors in 2022 amounted to KEUR 1,085 (PY: 1,192). It was composed of fixed salaries of KEUR 426 (PY: 564), variable components of KEUR 600 (PY: 558) and non-cash salary components of KEUR 59 (PY: 70). 

 

The pension obligation for the Managing  Directors amounted to KEUR 1.916 (PY: 2,061) as of December 31, 2022. 

 

Remuneration for the Administrative Board in 2022 totaled to KEUR 16 (PY: 16).
