5D BIM Workflow mit DESITE - ÖNORM / SIA Integration

Viele unserer Kunden stehen vor dem Problem des modellbasierten AVA-Prozess in openBIM Projekten. Hier kommen oft Informationen aus unterschiedlichsten Softwareprodukten mit unterschiedlichen Dateiformaten zusammen. Diese werden oft in Koordinationstools wie Desite zusammengefügt. Der AVA-Prozess mit diesem Tool funktioniert allerdings nur mit GAEB-Formaten.

Gerade im nicht deutschen Raum wird der AVA-Prozess meist anhand von anderen Dateiformaten wie zum Beispiel die ÖNorm oder dem eBKPT-Katalog abgewickelt. Mittels der MuM Projektvorlage können Sie nun aus jedem AVA Programm das Leistungsverzeichnis exportieren, in DESITE integrieren und Objekte mit den LV Positionen verknüpfen. Damit werden Mengen modellbasiert errechnet und wieder in das AVA Programm über MS Excel zurückgegeben. Dieser Workflow ist Bestandteil des nachfolgenden Videos.
